ACHETEURS
 PROCEDURE
1. Le vendeur envoie la FCO (offre pleine) à l'Acheteur après avoir reçu la LOI (lettre d'intention) + BCL
2. L'acheteur signe et scelle la FCO pour montrer son approbation
3. Le vendeur envoie le projet de contrat pour la négociation
4. Le vendeur et l’acheteur approuvent le Projet Final (Draft) et signent la version électronique
5. Le vendeur prépare 5 copies originales qui seront envoyées par courrier (DHL ou équivalent) à l'Acheteur
6. L'acheteur retourne 3 copies signées par courrier (DHL ou l'équivalent)
7. L'acheteur produit la Lettre de crédit de la banque et de confirmation au Vendeur dans les 5 jours ouvrables.
8. Le vendeur vérifie la Lettre de crédit de la banque et de confirmation de l’acheteur dans les 5 jours ouvrables.
9. L'acheteur publie la \"non operative\" Lettre de crédit à la banque du Vendeur dans 7 jours bancaires.
10. Le vendeur produit 2 % PB et le P.O.P. Banque à banque dans un maximum de 10 jours bancaires, ce qui active automatiquement et immédiatement la L/C. qui entre en vigueur.
11. L'expédition commence conformément aux termes de Paiement avec le document DLC Inconditionnel, irrévocable, transmissible, divisible et renouvelable, la lettre de crédit 100 % payables à vue d'Océan Bill de Chargement, publié ou confirmé d’une des 25 première principale
 OUTLINE PROCEDURE

1. Seller sends FCO to Buyer after having received his LOI + BCL
2. Buyer signs and seals FCO to show his approval
3. Seller sends draft contract for negotiation
4. Seller/Buyer approve the Final Draft and sign the electronic version
5. Seller prepares 5 original copies to be sent by courier (DHL or equivalent) to Buyer
6. Buyer returns 3 signed copies by courier (DHL or equivalent)
7. Buyer issues the Preadvice Letter of Credit to Seller’s bank within 5 working days.
8. Seller check the Preadvice Letter of Credit and confirm to buyer within 5 working days .
9. Buyer issues the non operative Letter of Credit to Seller’s bank within 7 banking days.
10. Seller issues the 2% PB and the P.O.P. Bank to bank within 10 banking days maximum, that activates automatically and immediately the L/C. that becomes operative.
11. Shipment commences in accordance with Payment terms with DLC Unconditional, irrevocable, transferable, divisible and revolving documentary, letter of Credit payable 100% at sight of Ocean Bill of Lading, issued or confirmed of the top 25 prime world Bank within 5 Days of the contract signing.
